REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the services, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven.

Our Policy for the refund will be as follows: Any order cancellation/date change prior to 24 hours of order delivery will have a 10% charge on the refund. The order can be cancelled up to 24 hours, beyond that we cannot offer any refunds as the kitchen begins preparing and procuring ingredients.

How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 12-14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 48 hours.
